Products

We sell our beef by the Whole or Side. An inventory list is provided so you know exactly what you have in your freezer. Beef by the package can be purchased at our farm. We do not ship our beef products.

Note: We process beef May - November to insure the best quality.

Rose Veal is sold by the Whole or Side, just like our regular beef. It is also available at the farm by the package. We process Rose Veal in the Spring (March - May).

Jewell produces soaps the old fashioned way with lye in small batches. Her soaps are based on tallow from our beef she adds organic oils and natural scents like lavender. Because these soaps contain natural glycerine they do not dry out one's skin like commercial soaps. Also, soaps based on animal fats are better at removing animal smells. We produce many things on our farm besides beef and soap. Essentially, we produce these items for ourselves and offer the extras for sale to the public. Eggs from free ranging hens supplemented with certified, no corn/soy feed. Jams, Jellies, and Syrups are all made with fruit raised on our farm. We do not spray our fruit with pesticides, fungicides, or herbicides. We also sometimes, depending on the year, have fruit available for sale.
