Ordering a Whole Beef requires a completed and signed order form and a non-refundable deposit of $800.00 (cash/check), or through Shopify. Note: Deposits placed via Shopify will incur a 3% Bank Processing Fee, which will be added to the final bill.
Ordering a Whole Beef requires a completed and signed order form and a non-refundable deposit of $800.00 (cash/check), or through shopify. We understand that making decisions for cuts can be daunting. We are happy to talk you through the ordering process. Regardless, we will call and confirm your order choice prior to submitting your order to the processor. We wish everyone to be on the same page. Since our beef is processed by the Side, a Whole beef can be cut differently for the two Sides. Orders are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis.
