The Ribeye Steak is the indicator of the quality of a beef and used in determining the grade of a particular carcass. Well marbled and tender, these steaks are almost a meal in themselves. They are 1" thick and come two to a package. Fire up the grill or cast iron skillet and "Have a beefy day!"
